    Central Office Hotline

The Central Office Hotline is a service that forwards incoming phone calls to member phones when the Central Office is closed. This way we can be available for the suffering alcoholic outside of regular business hours. A member or a group can volunteer to answer incoming calls at a certain time of week or month. Some groups host phone answering parties, and some have a rotating service position. The Hotline Chair is responsible for maintaining the phone forwarding schedule.
