Welcome! Thank you for being the link between Central Office and your group. Please join us online or in person at the Central Office Rep Meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. We also have a new rep orientation at Central Office, in person only, at 6PM on the odd number months.

Volunteer Coordinator
The Central Office is looking for volunteers. You can sign up for one or multiple weekly shifts. Come sell chips and literature, answer member and newcomer phone calls, and participate in the operations of Central Office.

Hotline – Volunteer to Answer Phone Calls
The Hotline forwards incoming phone calls to member phones when the Central Office is closed. A member or a group can volunteer to answer incoming calls at a certain time of week or month. Some groups host phone answering parties, and some have a rotating service position. The Hotline Chair is responsible for maintaining the phone forwarding schedule.
12 Step Coordinator
The 12 Step Coordinator maintains a list of AA members who are willing to reach out to newcomers, share their experience, answer questions, and possibly give rides to meetings. When newcomers reach out to Central Office, we connect them with the 12 step list members.

Activities
The Activities Committee is responsible for fellowship activities hosted by Central Office throughout the year. These are picnics, chili cook offs, Founders Day breakfasts, and other fun get togethers! Check out the Events Calendar to see upcoming activities.

Archives
The Archives committee is responsible for the safe keeping, organization, assembly and storage of all Central Office records. Stop by Central Office to check out the Archives room.

Coins
The Coins Chair makes sure that the Central Office is able to supply groups with coins. They inventory the current stock, keep track of sales, and order new coins as needed.

Public Information
The PI Chair works in cooperation with the PI Chairs of Districts 2, 10, 11, and 13. They keep the Central Office updated on the district PI work and assist the districts with coordination and activities where a physical location is helpful.

Treatment and Accessibilities
The Treatment and Accessibilities Chair works in cooperation with the T&A Chairs of Districts 2, 10, 11, and 13. They keep the Central Office updated on the district T&A work and assist the districts with coordination and activities where a physical location is helpful. In particular, they manage the collection of funds and hiring of ASL interpreters to facilitate Deaf members attending meetings.

Technology
The Tech Chair is responsible for the Central Office computer hardware and software, network infrastructure, cloud services, and all software licensing compliance. They assist the hotline and website committees with the maintenance of their respective systems when requested. They also manage the Central Office email accounts.
