If you’re starting a new meeting or helping with an existing meeting, the below information may be useful. If you have any questions, please reach out using the Contact Us Form.

Starting a Meeting and the Meeting Schedule

The AA General Service Office provides general guidelines for anyone starting a meeting. Once your meeting is organized, use the Meeting Change Form to get it listed on our schedule. Any time your meeting changes, use this form again to keep us informed. Meetings on our schedule will also appear on the Meeting Guide App.

Central Office Representative

Please consider electing a Central Office representative in your group and have them attend the Central Office Rep meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30. Your Central Office Rep can help make decisions on how Central Office should best serve the area, and also bring important updates and news back to your group.

Keep Your Meeting Up To Date

Help us keep the meeting schedule accurate, and make sure we have a way to contact your group by completing the Meeting Changes Form.

Online Meetings

Thinking of starting an online meeting or moving your in person meeting online? See How to Run a Zoom Meeting to get started. Or, if your group would like to be a hybrid online/in person meeting, check out How to Run a Hybrid Meeting.
