Your piece was a joy to read! I volunteered to work every other Saturday but I had so much fun last week meeting people in the program. Seeing how many people were there to help organize, paint, move furniture, set up computers etc that I am going to hop in the shower and come down. There is such a sense of community that I feel each time I walk in the doors. How lucky I am to be able to be of service! I woke up this morning and got on our website. Your piece was a joy to read! If anyone anywhere reaches out for help, I want the hand of AA to be there for that I am responsible. God only knows not only who may need to know where a meeting near them is being held, but who and how someone at that meeting may get, hear or come to understand exactly what they needed to from the person who used central office to get to the meeting.
