Bookkeeper needed at Central Office

Central Office Bookkeeper Needed  – 12 – 15 hours per week.

Open business daily and closing cash register
Make deposits
Reconcile accounts monthly
Payroll taxes and reporting
Assist volunteers in problems that arise with POS
A/P & A/R

Applicant must have:
2 years’ minimum experience as bookkeeper with a non-profit operation preferred
Reconciling accounts, production of monthly reports, inventory tracking, A/P, A/R, payroll
Attention to detail
Awareness of nature of service work
An open heart (grin)
