Amendment to proposed Bylaws changes
After approval of the By Laws Committee and the Central Office Board and after notice to the CO Committee on September 13, 2011, Article 6.10.4 of the Proposed Amended By Laws was changed to read as follows:
If, in the opinion of the majority of the Board of Trustees or the CO Committee a member [of the Board of Trustees] is not fulfilling their duties.
The change gives both the Central Office Board and the CO Committee the power to remove a Board member. See attached page of the Proposed Amended By Laws article 6.10.4. For questions or comments contact Kent S.: [email protected].
